I personally started as an apprentice, placed within Petford Group via LEMA in 2011, which is when we started working together. Currently we have four apprentices here and are looking to add to this in the near future. We intend to continue working closely with LEMA to fulfil these roles, as our success rate with their candidates has been so high.

At Petford Group it has always been our saying: “train apprentices to a high enough level in the industry so they can leave but treat them well enough so they don’t want to”. I believe LEMA is the perfect foundation for us to achieve this.
