We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Operations Manager for our LEMA division.

Deb Renshaw will drive the operational excellence of our Birmingham and Black Country Academies. Deb has 12 years’ experience in Apprenticeships, starting as a Trainer and developing into roles including Internal Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement and Operational Management. 

The appointment of a new Operations Manager aligns with the launch of the Engineering Technician Standard, which is a new and exciting product for us here at LEMA.Deb has joined us with experience of launching standards, previously as the Operations Manager for a large team of national trainers delivering numerous standards up to level 5. Deb successfully managed the transition from frameworks to standards, growing her previous division’s learner occupancy by 300%, whilst improving the quality and effectiveness of delivery.

The Academy Managers, Trainers, Workplace Coaches and all other staff are completely committed to ensuring that the learner and employer have an engaging, successful and enjoyable journey through the Apprenticeship.”
